important, we conform to the requirements set forth by the American
Society Of Appraisers in its Business Valuation Standard. This
Standard generally defines three scopes of work which result in
three types of valuations: Appraisal, Limited Appraisal, and Calculation.
Following this variation in the scope of work, our fees will range
from $900 to $8,000 or more.
APPRAISAL
- Our objective is to express an unambiguous opinion as to the
value of the business, business ownership interest, or security,
which is supported by all procedures that we deem to be relevant
to the valuation.
LIMITED
APPRAISAL - Our objective is to express an estimate as
to the value of an business, business ownership interest, or security,
which lacks the performance of additional procedures that are
required in an appraisal.
CALCULATIONS
- Our objective is to provide an approximate indication
of value based upon the performance of limited procedures agreed
upon with our client.
